rsvp, chérieLet's talk about dinner.

Tell me who's coming and what the night should feel like — in Charleston, or wherever you're having it. I'll reply with a menu and a quote.

How booking works

No calendar widget. Just a conversation.

01

You send the card

The form below. Tell me the date, the headcount, and what the night is for. Over-share about dietary restrictions — it only helps.

02

I write back

Within one business day, personally. You'll get menu ideas and a written quote with no surprise line items hiding underneath it.

03

We settle the details

Courses, timing, wine, whether I'm visible or invisible. A deposit holds the date and comes off the final bill.

04

You host, barely

I arrive, cook, serve, and clean. You stay at the table where you belong, taking credit for the whole thing.

A deposit holds your date. It comes off the final bill, and it's the only thing standing between you and dinner.

Before you write

A few numbers, so nothing surprises you.

You don't need to know the menu yet. You don't need to have the table figured out. You can quite literally come to me with “Okay, I have an idea…”

Those are my favorite words.

Still flexible — that's a fine answer.

Greyed-out days aren't available. Drag across the calendar for a weekend or a whole week.

Every request comes to me personally — nothing is confirmed until I've written back.
