Pick your key andlet's start planning.
You have the people. You have the occasion. Now let's make a night of it. Tell me what you're celebrating — a candlelit dinner for two, a birthday, or a bachelorette weekend that gets progressively less elegant as the night goes on — and I'll take it from there. Charleston based, but I have TSA precheck and a wanderlust tattoo, so I'm happy to travel to or with you.

Private chef dinner party in Charleston
The Dinner Party

Have you been saying, “We should have everyone over for dinner” for six months?
This is me telling you to do it.
Invite the friends. Open the wine. Wear the outfit that’s slightly too good for your own dining room. I’ll come take over the kitchen and make the kind of dinner that has everyone lingering at the table long after dessert.
We’ll build the menu around your people—what you love, what you hate, what you ate on that trip to Italy and haven’t stopped thinking about since. I’ll shop, prep, cook, plate and serve while you do the one thing I absolutely refuse to let you do at your own dinner party:
work.
And yes, I’ll leave your kitchen cleaner than I found it. I have standards.

First of all, planning a weekend away with your favorite people was an excellent decision.
Now, hear me out: what if the chef came too?
Charleston, Palm Springs, Miami, somewhere on the coast — wherever you’ve found the perfect house, I’ll pack my knives and meet you there.
I’ll make dinner while everyone gets ready, keep the cocktails flowing, and send you out for the night properly fed.
And then — because I care about you — imagine waking up the next morning slightly hungover, wandering downstairs in last night’s makeup and an oversized T-shirt, and brunch is already there.
No grocery run. No fighting over who has to cook the bacon. No trying to get twelve people dressed and out the door for a 10:30 reservation.
Just coffee, something sweet, something cheesy, maybe a mimosa, and someone else handling the kitchen.
Book me for one incredible meal, a full day, or bring me along for the weekend and let me take care of the food from check-in to check-out. We’ll build it around your plans, your people, and exactly how much trouble you intend to get into.
You pick the destination. I’ll meet you in the kitchen.

Birthday dinner private chef in Charleston

Growing up, my aunt has always said that I have a great “Sense of Occasion” and quite frankly, what needs a sense of occasion more than a birthday?
So let’s celebrate!
Your favorite people, your favorite food, candles everywhere, something fun in everyone’s glass—and absolutely no restaurant telling us they need the table back in ninety minutes.
Tell me about the birthday person. What do they always order? What’s their favorite dessert? Are we elegant candlelit dinner or champagne-before-the-guests-arrive energy?
I’ll build the menu around them and take care of the evening so nobody spends the birthday checking the oven.
And obviously there will be cake.
It’s a birthday. I’m not a monster.

Not every good party needs a guest list.
Sometimes it’s dinner for two because you’ve been together ten years. Sometimes it’s the night you’re asking someone a very important question. Sometimes it’s six people on the beach with champagne and dinner as the sun goes down.
Tell me what you’re dreaming up.
We’ll make the food fit the moment—not the other way around. That might mean a beautiful multi-course dinner, an over-the-top picnic, oysters and champagne, or recreating something you ate together years ago.
I’ll worry about the timing, the food and all those tiny details you’re currently lying awake thinking about.
You just need to show up for the person you’re doing it all for.
And if there’s a proposal involved? Yes, I can keep a secret.
