The short version: you tell us about your dinner, we use it to plan your dinner, and that's it. The long version follows.

Who we are
Kinda French Kitchen is a private chef service operated by Kaylee, based in Charleston, SC. If you have any question about this policy or about your information, email hello@kindafrenchkitchen.com.
What we collect
When you send the reply card or contact us directly, you may share your name, email address, phone number, your event's date and occasion, where the event will be held (often a home address), guest count, and anything you write in the notes — which can include dietary restrictions or allergies. We collect this because it is what planning a dinner requires; we do not ask for anything we don't use.
The site itself does not require an account, does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and does not collect information in the background.
How your information reaches us, and where it lives
The reply card composes a message in your own email app — you see exactly what is sent, and you send it yourself. Your information then lives in our email inbox and booking records, which are kept on reputable, access-controlled services. If we adopt additional booking tools, this policy will be updated to name how information is stored before that change takes effect.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry, plan and quote your event, cook the dinner you asked for, and keep the ordinary records a small business keeps. We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to advertisers. We will not add you to a marketing list you didn't ask to join.
Sharing
We share information only with the service providers that make the business run — such as email and website hosting — and only as needed for them to do their jobs; or where the law genuinely requires it. That is the whole list.
How long we keep it
Inquiry and event information is kept for as long as it is useful for serving you and for reasonable business record-keeping, and then deleted. If you would like your information deleted sooner, ask — see the next section.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@kindafrenchkitchen.com and we will handle it promptly. We will never treat you differently for asking. If you are a California resident, these rights are also yours under the CCPA.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a way that matters, the date at the top changes with it, and significant changes will be noted on this page before they take effect.
